New Year Update

So its a new year and big things have already started to happen. I have learned to run the CNC. While not as good as my wife is yet, I have been working hard to master the fine art of computer work. Have learned a lot in the short time that I have been working. I have already completed a new plaque for a medic friend of mine, and have designed some really fun stuff in the last week alone.

We are also doing a table for my old battery on Fort Hood. I had built them one back in 2016, but the new First Sergeant wanted an update. Will be starting that as of Monday. Stay tuned work pictures of that build on our Facebook and Instagram. Work start Monday.

February is going to be the month that I try and figure out more about our website. We had it up and running but shut it down durning our 6 month break last year. The new task that I have before me is to fully understand it and try and keep it more updated then it is currently. Most updates as of right now go thru the social media platforms but I would like to drive more traffic thru the web site.

Wife is doing amazing. She has had some long days and nights getting the store ready for Grand Opening. That is TODAY. she is crushing it and im excited to see what the future holds for her at Black Rifle Coffee Company (BRCC). We did make a flag for their Grand Opening. and if you want to check it out, swing by their store in Harker Heights. It was a blast to learn and came out amazing.

Projects that are in the works coming up, should keep my fairly busy up till around end of May but as always feel free to reach out to us because there is always room for stuff. This holds even more true to our first responder clients, and I put military in with them as well. Plaques are getting turned out a bit faster than six months ago. I am also finishing up a personal project for my daughter. I have named it the Lava Nightstand so please be on the look out for that.

Well that about wraps up this post. I hope everyone is doing well and having a great New Year thus far. It is looking to be a fun one so far for us at APWoodWorksUSA and we look forward to seeing what other makers out there produce as well.
